The Central Okanagan Food Policy Council (COFPC) is a group of citizens who are working towards a food secure Central Okanagan. Membership is open to anyone in the communities of Lake Country, Kelowna, Westbank First Nations, West Kelowna, Peachland and Regional District of Central Okanagan. Current members include representatives from the Non-Profit, Health and Business sectors.
The COFPC table provides an opportunity for information and resource sharing, and a chance for people interested in food-related issues in the Central Okanagan to work together towards common goals.

- To champion best food security practices for the benefit of all citizens of the Central Okanagan.
- A sustainable food system which includes fair financial return to local farmers and affordability for local consumers.
